Obiano who handed over the mantle of leadership to Prof. Charles Soludo in Awka today, was arrested by the Economic and Financial crimes commission, EFCC at the Lagos airport at about 8.30pm. Though Professor Chukwuma Soludo has another 24 hours before he assumes duty as Anambra State Governor, he has, nevertheless, received handover documents from the outgoing governor, Chief Willie Obiano.
